¿How is the registration of a sponsor in the RPCEC?

If this is the first time you will register a clinical trial in this registry, you need::

1. Complete the form to register as a sponsor available on the Sponsor Registration Form [1]

2. Send digital copy of the following documents:

Resolution establishing the creation of hospital or institution to be registered (or other documents to demonstrating the existence of your organization or institution)
Letter of appointment of the official representative (Responsible Registrant.) This letter will be signed by the director of the institution or the immediate superior of the person who is named. The registration official representative is the person responsible for the registration and for update all data in the registry.
