Complete the form in Spanish. To do this press the link Create form in Spanish in the user block (this block is recognized because it has the name of the user).

Complete the form in English. To do this press the link Create form in English in the user block.

The changes of each form can be saved using the buttons Save /Guardar. The order of entering the information is not relevant.
