As part of the strategy to contribute to the clinical trial transparency, the registries data set was extended to the disclosure of the results. It should be provided information related to the recruited subjects, the results of the primary and secondary key outcomes, and the adverse events recorded in the evaluated interventions. This information must be consistent with the information provided in the registration form in the fields “Interventions”, “Primary outcomes” and “Secondary key outcomes”. The disclosure of the results can be offered using the following options:

1. Complete the Participant Flow, Baseline data, Primary and Secondary Outcomes, and Adverse Events fields
2. Complete the Summary field
3. Upload the results file in “File with results” field

The two first options are explained at "RPCEC Definitions". To facilitate the report in option 3, the following templates should be completed "Summary Report of Clinical Trial Results",in Spanish and English. The file in Spanish must be uploaded in the "File with results" field in the "Results" section of the Spanish form. Similarly, the file in English must be uploaded in the "Results file" field of the "Results study" section of the English form.
