The Cuban Public Registry of Clinical Trials (RPCEC) is a database of clinical trials established in 2007 under the leadership of the National Coordinating Center for Clinical Trials (CENCEC) , and with the collaboration of the National Information Center of Medical Sciences / INFOMED Cuban health telematics network, both nonprofit organizations.

The registry is bilingual (Spanish-English), is nationwide but any foreign or domestic clinical trial sponsor, can register trial freely. It is public, is accessible through the open web and with any restrictions. Meets all requirements established byThe World Health Organization(WHO)for public records of clinical trials so from February 2011 the Registry became a Primary Registry of this organization, first in Latin America.
